We're a craft bakery in the heart of Frostburg, where every croissant is laminated by hand, every cinnamon roll is rolled fresh, and every loaf of sourdough is given the time it needs to become something special.
No frozen dough. No shortcuts. No artificial anything. As a faith-led, first-generation farmer, quality isn't just a standard for us — it's a calling. We use organic flour because we believe in what we put in our food. We use European butter because it makes our pastries flakier and richer. We cold-ferment our dough overnight because the best things can't be rushed.
